“Dartmouth Engineering and the Kenya Foreign Study Program opened doors to a career in social entrepreneurship I never could have imagined. The blend of a liberal arts education with a commitment to impact is unique to Dartmouth. So I funded SEID to give other students a chance to find the same kind of opportunities that changed my life, and to help them turn their ideas into the kind of impact the world needs from Dartmouth graduates.
The SEID initiative was made possible by the generosity of founding donor Tracey Turner, Class of 1993.
SEID is led by a team with deep experience in social entrepreneurship, innovation, education, and institutional leadership.
